Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices are determined by the items in your cart, and vary depending on the country. For most countries, we offer multiple shipping options, and prices will be shown on the shipping page during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock products will be dispatched in 1-2 days. Products marked as Pre-Order will go in to production once their limited purchase window has closed. From this point, exact dispatch estimates will differ depending on the product, but will be noted in the Shipping drop-down found on the product page.

Delivery estimates are dependant on the selected shipping service, as well as the country of delivery. For the most up-to-date estimates, please refer to the shipping page at checkout.

Where can I track my order status?

Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, although not every country. International shipping availability and prices vary depending on the country, and will be shown on the shipping page during checkout.

Billing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all of the payment methods available. All major credit and debit cards are available, as well as PayPal.

Do you offer Klarna/AfterPay?

Not at the moment. We are working on implementing it sometime in the future. We will notify customers via our email list when it is made available.


What is your return policy?

At the moment, we are unable to offer returns as we simply lack the infrastructure. As we grow, this policy will certainly change. In the meantime, we hope there's no reason to return your purchase! If you have an issue with the quality or delivery of your order, please send us an email at and we will help you out.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

We are here to help you replace it. Please email us within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will help you out.
